COMTEK Group’s Lead Referral Bonus Terms & Conditions
COMTEK Group offers bonuses for two different kinds of referral: Candidate Referrals and Job Lead Referrals. The terms for each are outlined below. In both cases, the rules are simple.
Candidate Referrals
Just fill out and submit the online Referral Form. We ask that you ensure all information is complete and accurate prior to submittal.
If COMTEK Group places a candidate whom you refer in a permanent, salaried position that we are able to collect a fee for, COMTEK Group will pay up to one dollar ($1.00) per hour for the duration of that contract. .
Job Lead Referrals
Know about a job opening at your company or at a different company? Let us know about it too.
If we fill a job order that you refer to us with a COMTEK Group candidate and after the guarantee period has completed, COMTEK Group will pay you a $500 referral fee.
Submit all job lead referrals via email to referrals@comtek-group.com. Please provide the company name and address, managers full name, managers contact information including email address and the job/assignment title and requirements (skill sets, etc) for which you are referring the candidate. Please include your updated contact information as well.
Referral Bonus Limitations:
- Referred Candidates must not have been contacted by or worked for COMTEK Group within the past year
- Job Orders must be “new business” and NOT be a “current active job order” or come from Client Managers with whom COMTEK Group already maintains a relationship
All current and former employees, contractors, vendors and associates are eligible for these programs.

All referrals given will be considered and you will be provided with a status upon receipt and processing of your referral.
